                             Sleep Habits:

1. Say the word of Allaah: "BismiLlaahir Rahmaanir Rahiym" and cry your right side according to the words of the Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) narrated by Al-Baraa bin' Aazib: (When you go to bed, take Wudhu as Pray, then cry to your right side, and say: O Allaah! I surrender to You, and turn my face to You, and I hope for anything about You, and my refuge is in You, for love and fear for You. To You Except for You. I Believe in Your Book, which You have revealed to the Prophet (Salla Allaahu 'alaihi wa sallam), whom You sent as a Messenger.)) [Received by Bukhariy and Muslim].

b. Don't be late for midnight and do your best to sleep early unless there is a specific reason or need. It has been narrated that the Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) was abused to sleep before' Isha (evening) prayer and (to sit with) to speak after him. [As told by Al-Bukhaariy and Muslim].

c. Do not sleep on your stomach, as this is forbidden by the Prophet (Swalla Allaahu 'alaihi wa sallam): ((This style of sleeping is abhorred by Allaah.)) [Narrated by Abu Daawud].

d. Make sure that nothing hurts you in your bed, as suggested by our Holy Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam): ((When one of you goes to bed, clean his bed by the side of his towel as he does not know what is lying in it afterwards). he will leave, and say: "Allaahumma bwa wadhwa'tu janbiy, bake afra'uh. side by side, and in Your name I rise. O Allaah! If you will take my soul (i.e. take my life), then [I pray] have mercy on me, and if you will return it, then guard it with what You expect of Your Divine Servants.)) [Received Bukhaariy and Muslim].

e. Be careful and remove anything that may cause danger. The Prophet (Swalla Allaahu 'sallam alaihi waa) said: ((This fire is an enemy to you, so when you want to sleep in life.)) [Received by Al-Bukhaariy].
