Meaning of Twahara in the Common Language:

It is pure and removes impurities or emotional waste (touch) like urine or otherwise, and as subtle as defects (defects) and defects.

Cleaning is a cleaning, it is also a special place in a hygienic setting. [Al-Libaab Sharhul Kitaab (1/10) and Ad-Durru Al-Mukhtaar (1/79)].

Or christian (academic):

It is to remove what prevents prayer as a ritual or water by using water (or vice versa), or removes its condition by sand. [Al-Mughniy cha Ibn Qudaamah (1/12)].

Penalty judgment:

Getting rid of the nausea and getting rid of it is a matter of responsibility if one remembers and is able to. Allaah (Subhaanahu of Ta'aala) Says:

((وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّر))

((And let your clothes wash them)) [Al-Muddath-thir (74: 4)]

And says Allaah (Subhaanahu of Ta'aala):

((أَن طَهِّرَا بَيْتِيَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالْعَاكِفِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ))

((That it would sanctify My House for those who sweep it away and who are separated from it by 'ibaadah, and who bow down and prostrate)). [Al Baqarah (2: 125)]

As for engaging in ritual, it is necessary for permission to pray in the form of Nabiy (Swalla Allaahu 'sallam alayhi alayhi):

((لَا تُقْبَلُ صَلَاةُ بغير طهور))

((Prayer) is not accepted without respect.) [Swahiyh Muslim 224]

Its Importance:

1- Twahara is a prerequisite for the prayer of a devotee. Nabiy (Swalla Allaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) has said:

((لَا تُقْبَلُ صَلَاةُ مَنْ أَحْدَثَ حَتَّى يَتَوَضَّأَ))

((It is unacceptable for a devotee's prayer until he hurts). [Passed by Al Bukhaariy (135), Muslim (225]).

Praying and twahara is to glorify Allaah. And the hadith and the jaws - though not the visible eyebrows - but nonetheless are the imaginary nipples that make what goes into it look dirty. Thus, its existence shakes glory to Allaah, and goes against the essence of purity.

2- Allaah (Subhaanahu of Ta'aala) has praised the disgruntled. He says:

(Allaah certainly loves those who repent often and He loves those who are hurting). [Al Baqarah 2: 222]

He praised the people of Masjid Qubaa for His Word:

((فِيهِ رِجَالٌ يُحِبُّونَ أَن يَتَطَهَّرُواْ وَاللّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُطَّهِّرِينَ))

(In it there are people who like to hurl themselves, and Allaah loves those who are hurting themselves). [At Tawbah 9: 108]

3- Negligence or indifference to purification and impurity, is one of the reasons for punishing people in the grave. Received by Ibn 'Abbaas saying: Nabiy (Swalla Allaahu' alaihi wa sallam) passed through two tombs and said:

 (()

((Of course two (of these) are punished, and they are not punished for something serious. Or this one, he was not purified by his urine). [Abu Daawuud (20), An Nasaaiy (31-69), and Ibn Maajah (347) for Sanad Swahiyh].
